I love how you use the term "forum dweller" like I'm a fricking invalid lol that was actually pretty funny.

I guess you are easily offended, because I haven't denied once that you have accurate information. You're not invalid, and I did not suggest any such thing.

However, you ARE a forum dweller, as it pertains to this subject. You don't work for a recruiting service, and I assume you don't work for LSU. If you do, then you are woefully breaking the rules. So I'm just assuming you have no direct affiliation. So there is no reason for you to know this information. And yet, someone is leaking it to you. And if they are leaking it to a guy who posts in a forum, and not for a recruiting site, then you are NOT going to convince me that players aren't hearing this.

What about when it’s reversed? Who consoles the staff when they’ve been loyal to a recruit for yrs(D. Moses)? I feel sorry for the kid but it’s the nature of the business. I don’t care if you had to turn away my kid brother, if it’s gonna lead to a program changing recruit or National titles he’ll get over it.

Burch
Evans
Webb
Dumervil

Though I’m excited for a potential huge replacement, I do hate cutting instate kids who’ve been on for a while. Sends a bad message I think of “even if you’re pretty good and commit early, we still might cut ya despite being from Louisiana!”

Max Johnson.

I’ll be disappointed if we lose that name - I mean even if he never plays.

Processed for real tho. I wish him the best but he can't blame LSU for doing this. We have to use this momentum and capitalize on it right fricking now and get this thing rolling like it should be. There will be a few others that will do the same. We have a chance to land an epic class this cycle, and this is just part of it. Good luck to him, and he will find another good school to attend and play ball for. Just unfortunate for him that LSU is the hottest thing going right now and we only have so many spots to fill. He will be alright tho.

It’s been said a million times that Gaye had a really good season, but people love bashing the Juco. LSU needs the athleticism he provides more than they need Jalen’s size.

Exactly, plus he’s ready to go, not a ton of development needed to get him game ready

Gaye’s athleticism and movement skills for a big man are elite and pop on film.

He has a lot to work with.

Much love from the Tiger Nation!!!!

I suspect O reached out to him, and had that difficult conversation with him?? (again speculation)
To give him the opportunity to find another spot at a good school...

Nobody wants to hear that convo, but i hope they one day look back and appreciate the honesty.

I wonder who the next tough convo is with

Bill Johnson was literally at his game in Kansas the week off before the Bama game. They know exactly what they have with Gaye.

Bitch move to process Lee. Kid had committable offers from Bama, UGA, and Florida but decided to commit to the hometown team. Now he isn't good enough for LSU.

Kinda like Jenkins decommitted bc he was getting all that interest from elite programs and proceeded to go to TCU?

If Lee had committable offers from Bama and Georgia, do you think he’d be scheduling a visit to ole miss?

Some of you guys either just aren’t very bright or you’re related to the players being processed.

Bama will make room for him if he wants to go there. Saban wants to keep the Louisiana pipeline going. If he can pull in a highly rated player from Louisiana he keeps his name in the conversation for recruiting Louisiana kids. I really would like to keep this kid home but I’ll trust the coaching staff with the decisions they make about feeling this class. He got burned by a couple recruits recently so I’ll trust he has learned from those experiences and knows what he’s doing

Saban could take him, but I highly doubt it. I trust the staff and the process. Could be our best class ever.
