Jake Johnson "commits" to A&M, hasn't "signed"?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I can't find anything that says he "signed" with A&M. Is this just a technicality on getting the paperwork sent in?
(Edit: Answered below - Jake Johnson's paperwork is being processed and thus not announced yet.)
They had 2 other top 10 TE's sign already this morning. I read something else about him wanting to see if current A&M TE, Jalen Wydermyer, will declare for NFL.

It seems pretty obvious what the confusion is. They already had a "signing ceremony" at 8AM & he "committed". Why didn't he sign with A&M like the other 2 top 10 TE's?
