Please, please, please be true. My guess is Jaboree stays home. If we pull Pickett back in to get both of these studs, then this class will have addressed biggest needs with what we have already done. WR is still light, but we all know we will keep a loaded WR room.

Eh, I don't think this is nearly as notable as it sounds at first blush - I think it's pretty much entirely a combination of coincidence, small sample, and the way recruiting works.


For one, there are only 10 top 10 CBs, and only half of those come from states with a major in-state recruiting powerhouse - so we're not dealing with many states/programs/kids in the first place, and among the ones we are dealing with, leaving the state is par for the course in many cases. And in this case, even the kids from states WITH an in-state recruiting powerhouse are only leaving to go to one of the other 5-10 powerhouses.



What you've ultimately got is kids from combination of the west coast, the east coast, texas, florida, and alabama, who are committed to a combination of ohio state, oregon, alabama, UGA, and texas A&M. The remaining 2 uncommitted guys both have in-state schools in their final group. I really don't think any of that is notable.

It's crazy how yall only look at rankings and not how a kid plays. Louisiana recruits are consistently rated lower than they should be.
