I do not believe it will happen, and honestly not sure if there was anything we could have done differently, but if for some reason Holstein at Alabama has a better career than Howard at LSU, the Rant will implode.

At this point it's more likely neither end up being noteworthy at all. Howard doesn't seem to be able to beat out Nuss and Holstein is going to the new QB factory. Not sure he's good enough to beat the next prodigy they bring in. Or maybe he's Mac Jones part 2. Either way, at this point neither are worth debating their worthiness.
Gonna be a tough pill to swallow for LSU fans in future state classes. The days of us sweeping the state(or anything close) are over unless we really go on a spending spree. There's no loyalty to LSU anyway but even less when $ is thrown around

He's a true freshman coming off a major injury in high school. There's a very strong likelihood that Nuss is portal-bound this off-season.

Yeh but being from Bama I don’t think you understand the bridges that O burnt after he crowned himself King. He use to hustle and grind it out Hungry for recruiting, once he won Natty and got paid he thought recruits would run to him to play for him, NO it’s always and should always BE to play for LSU! He forgot that part and errybody knew it except him.
