That Washington is threatening to sue. How would they prove damages literally in any way? The portal is not even half over and that money they would have spent on DW they can just spend on someone else. Just like how when we lost Underwood we pivoted to spending more on defense.

The hypocrisy of all of it is crazy. Fine. Do what you gotta do based on the law in courtl. But all the tampering bullshite and all of the bullshite in the media. Many schools are talking to the kid. Two schools that are currently in the final four are talking to the kid. All you hear about is Lane Kiffin. But I guess we should expect that.

How would they prove damages? Are you serious? He signed a contract that says if you break the contract, you owe x amount. Damages don’t actually mean physical damage, lol.

He actually signed a contract that said damages were at Washington’s discretion. That’s seems fairly unenforceable.

I know. I think once it started coming out that Oregon and Miami were in the running for this guy, the tampering stuff kind of shut up. Nobody wants to believe their media sweetheart Dan Lanning is tampering.

They can be little bitches about it and delay things which makes things harder for us. There is a scenario that we are waiting for this bs to end, other teams get their quarterbacks, then some team like Miami comes in last second with a grandfather offer an we are left with no time and no quarterbacks to get in this fricked up game of musical chairs

There's few places in this country that love the smell of their own farts more than Seattle. They don't care a lick about the player or his impact on the team, it's all about pride and saving face. Doesn't look good when players don't respect you as a football school at all.
