How I see it..It’s either the QB is playing good and it justifies waiting your turn. Or the QB can be beat out & the spot is up for grabs.

Big difference with Houston and Underwood. Not a good comparison. Houston is actually a Louisiana kid.

Underwood grew up practically in Michigans back yard and had one of the richest human beings in the world throwing ungodly money at him that no one else could match to stay home because his wife was a former Michigan cheerleader and wouldn’t accept the fact of letting the #1 overall player in the country leave their backyard for LSU. Even though she probably couldn’t even tell you how many yds it takes to get a 1st down.

We didn’t fire Joe Sloan so we could keep Bryce Underwood.

We’re not doing shite like this again. All programs are in win now mode.

That same guy I can offer Houston $14 million. In $14 million this to this kid “oh no I cannot leave the state of Louisiana. I’ll sit over here and make 5 million while you pay somebody else 14 million.”

It is a great comparison. Sorry.

If it were Haven, I would say “he gone.” But Pops isn’t Haven and I don’t think he expects to start right away or anything

If we loose him we still got Lane. It’s not like in years and former head coaches in our past. Kane changed the game for us in that department. If he doesn’t want to come in and be developed by one of the best there will be plenty of others who do

Pop is solid and always wanted to go to LSU. Think he would still come but how long would he sit in today’s game who knows
