I really do think we are going to see some fall-out from what happened on Monday. Something happened (besides the arse whipping) to this team, before, during, and after the game. No the sky is not falling, but it will take more than next year to recover. I hope I am wrong.

I would not be surprised to see several transfers.

Shepard - NFL? (should transfer to an FCS school and try to get some show there)
Boone - transfer
Loston and Ware - transfer (may sound rediculous, but keep an eye on this)
Probably a couple of other surprises.

To sign 25 we need seven to leave

Where did you get 7?

Does this include Mo Claiborne, T. Randle and J. Gore? How does E. Porter factor in?

I thought we were closer to four or five.

Exactly. Why would Loston leave? He's starting next season.

If Shep leaves early he may get the Trev Faulk treatment.

He needs to stay another year.

Tupelo we can sign more than 25 this year. Just cant have more than 85. Back counting is still allowed this year from my understanding.

I understand his frustration, but he's not ready to play WR in the NFL. He's just coming out of the dropsies and should have a more balanced Offense next year.

From a hype/potential to actual production standpoint.....Shepard has been the most disappointing recruit in years...very unselfish and a dedicated tiger...but him leaving has no impact in my opinion on the 2012 team.....so opening up a scholly may get us another LB or WR recruit that can make an impact!

No. Schools are still limited to 25 scholarships for new students. However, since schools are limited to 85 scholarships at any given time, it opens up one. Additionally, if you have sscholarships left from last year and a HS senior graduated early and enrolls in school in January, his scholarship counts against last year's total, thus freeing up one of this year's 25.
