He is the real deal. 5'11 200lbs with speed to burn Not sure if LSU is recruiting, or if it is a need for LSU but I just read he committed to Texas.

LSU recruited him but got commitment from Harlem Berry (#1 RB in La). He then committed to Texas and we got another RB commitment from kid out of Alexandria that is pretty dang good also. Can’t get them all. After watching the 2 RB at Texas today he may be in portal after next season if they stick around. Those guys are pretty good to!

Story is that LSU pushed for him to commit, he strung it out, they had a similar eval on Lindsey, so moved on and took JT’s commitment. No hard feelings, just recruiting.

Banning people for expressing opinions you disagree with huh. Interesting. Is that you Kamala?
Everything is pertinent when it comes to recruiting. Everything. Recruiting is as based on perception as it is reality. It's all hopes and dreams being sold(we'd have no defensive recruits otherwise). Perception includes any and everything associated with, rumored, true, false or made up about the program. If you disagree, debate, not call for banning because you can't come up with anything to dispute his comment. If I called for banning everyone I disagree with on this board, there'd be no recruiting board. Even though i enjoy most of you. No one but me would be posting. Vice versa. Just food for thought.
This thread for instance. Why is it necessary? Simon committed to Texas 3 months ago and is no longer a prospect for LSU(his decision). I disagree with it being on the board. Yet I didn't call for banning the op or RA to have it removed. It's his right. Right?

Clutch your pearls all you want but it was an absolutely idiotic comment. Getting Running backs is in no way a problem for us

This isn't a shot at James Simon at all but I'm taking Harlem Berry 10 out 10 times.

After a loss or a game that doesn't go the way somebody wants, an idiot runs to this board saying, "do we lose recruits? Bet, this or that recruit didn't like that." It's unnecessary bullshite that this recruiting board doesn't need. It's some idiot that wants to lash out and be seen, but his posts keep getting pushed down with no attention paid to it on The Rant.

Whining over losing or not getting a recruit after every game is mind numbingly stupid.

You are cool with it because for the longest, that was your shtick. As soon as we started picking up guys, you started being more even keel. I still didn't forget the amount of bullcrap you continously put here yourself.

We can debate and argue here, but all the stupid negativity needs to stay on the other troll boards.

Back when this board was moderated more closely, bans anchors and thread deletions only really occurred with trolling or flaming, and sometimes when a poster just made the fanbase look like a bunch of inbred rednecks.

I almost unanimously agreed with any such banning/anchoring/deletion. However, none of what y'all mentioned really falls under that standard, so the jist becomes, stop being such pussies. Not Lsufanva, that other crybaby.

Wasn’t he like the 4th or 5th safety to get on the field and it was in garbage time? That’s a 5* bust as a sophomore according to most on this board

Why do people keep saying this? He played almost the entire game, he was third on the team in tackles and played great.

Regarding Simon, he's a good back, we have two backs committed that we like just as much (if not more)...it's as simple as that.

Exactly … he waited too long and a second rb came aboard. Then he committed to Texas.

Some recruits think the world revolves around them .

Just watched him play against a real team in Neville and let me tell yall the kid is not a top 10 back in the country, he wasn’t even the best back in the game. Barely got to 50 yards on probably 20 carries and Neville wasn’t even stacking the box. Don’t think anyone should be upset about him going to Texas. The game is on YouTube on Neville tiger network if any of y’all want to see it yourself, but nothing about him looked like a sec back.
