I swear 247 is for the gumps

Wtf does that have to do with Bama?

Even ignoring the fact that the length of time it takes for them to post JK Johnson has nothing whatsoever to do with Bama... 247 has had Bama's class rated *considerably* worse than other publications for most of this process.


At this point, they undoubtedly still have them ranked first, but that's simply because bama's class at this point is pretty undeniable. Back before signing day when bama's composite score was like ~315 compared with UGA's composite of ~300 (an enormous gap), 247's own rankings actually had bama with the #2 class, behind UGA. Also noteworthy, 247's rankings like LSU's class more than the composite.


I know this board would never let facts get in the way of a good narrative, but i figured I'd at least give the facts anyway.



ETA: Only this board lol. 247 rates bama's class as far worse than the consensus service and people are so desperate to believe that 247 is biased in favor of bama that they just blindly downvote objective facts.

They seem more generous in ratings toward LSU than On3

Even LSU insiders haven’t announced him. Wanna know why? Cause he hasn’t officially announced anything. He’s expected to make it official very soon tho

I dont know the connection but it has been said on here one of the top guys at 247 is a big Bama supporter. Dont know if that is true but I have read it here more than once.
