As thin as we are at LB...I can see Baker and Theriot getting some PT...

Replace Chris Tolliver with Cordian Hagans, and add Kellen, and this is the list.
Both Petersons have been putting on quite the show.

Hagans will not break the 8 man rotation. Just because he is practicing with the varsity, people are making way oo much out of it.
Kellen will only play if there are injuries. He could play in mop up duty some.
Chris Tolliver has one very well and will compete with Deangelo PEterson for #4 awr

totally agree. why burn a redshirt when you have Francois, Alexander, Favorite, Nevis, Woods. Just doesn't make sense. Maybe if there are significant injuries. But this staff does some confusing things sometimes. I didn't understand burning Nevis's redshirt. Then he performed extremely well and then they stopped playing him even when Dorsey could have used some breathers.
I would expect Theriot will at least have a ST, mop up role.

drake nevis agrees
look I don't anticipate Hagans playing either, but a few injuries and he sounds like he'll be very capable of stepping in

that would be my thought...way too much depth not to redshirt this guy, at this point at least.

so they're both ahead of the Mitchells, Dixon, Jackson??

i don't think he'll play unless there are injuries, but apparently he's looking really good. i'm more excited about his potential than anything. it's also nice to see him at DT instead of on the OL

i wonder if Promie still thinks Peterson wont play a lot at some point in the season

wow sorry for the horrible typing. I didn't proof read that at all before sending it.
It sounds like it although it is hard to believe.
D. Peterson has been very very impressive. I'd expect him at #4.

no way
dont get caught up in 4 practices

i don't think there's going to be a true "#4". i think you'll see Dickson lined up as a WR quite a bit. I think you'll see RJ Jackson in his usual blocking role. I think you'll J. Mitchell running the slip screen and blocking. I think you'll see Trindon doing "trick" plays. And people may call me crazy but I think Dixon will step up and be a huge surprise.

It's not just my words. Sonny and other scout reporters have mentioned similar things as well. Chris Tolliver has also been mentioned.
I think it depends a lot of what type of WR LSU is looking to have at #4.
John Williams could be another guy to look out for.

Agreed. #4 probably will not be set in stone. Formation and situation will determine it for the most part. By the end of the year there could be a clear cut #4 though.
I don't know about Dixon...too much talent faster than him. His speed is a major inhibiting factor.
