undersized
bad premise, as many other have stated.

Ivy League
irrelevant from our POV. From the players POV there's many reasons why an Ivy Leaguer would want to transfer. Who gives a shite anyway. Are you saying a recruit from John Curtis has more/better experience than a multi-year player from an Ivy League school? What matters is the person, not the origination.

I mean Shanahan has been such a rousing success
your sarcasm is palapatable, but rings hollow. Yes Liam was indeed a rousing success. He started every game for us. Had what, two total, bad shotgun snaps all season with 3 QBs, 2 of them freshmen, and zero turnovers off snaps. One bad snap under center with Finley in his first game in a redzone situation.

And despite the rant's constant refrain, the OL improved in some metrics over 2019 with 3 QBs who never started before. Part of that is Liam getting line calls right when you couldn't necessarily rely on a QB to alter protections properly like you could Burrow.

I think they had Shanahan listed at 275 too. Everyone was freaking out until he showed up on campus looking bulked af.

I wouldn't worry about it.

How can anyone question bringing in a starter for two years. If there was someone better on the team, it could be questionable.

He didn't show up looking bulked

To be honest, he is still kinda small for an sec linemen.

Nah. 305 is damned near ideal for a C - especially for a 6'5" guy. Guys in the NFL like Kalil, Hudson, and Kelce are barely 300#
