Bradford is obviously the best athlete on a high school field. What were some of the things you saw?
I would like to know this as well

I saw him play West Monroe. He did not impress to my untrained eye. Got outrun to the endzone by the WM rb that just signed with ULM.
He may have had an interception. WM qb threw a duck up in the air that was surrounded by 3 Catholic players. He may have been the one to catch that one.

He was bigger and faster than everyone else. When he hit their rb’s, the runner never fell forward. They never threw deep, only short passes from what I saw, and he came up and stuck players. Very sure tackler.
In a high level game where MRA was executing extremely well, he jumped off the field as the most gifted player.

The novice gauge for HS safeties; all the good ones have no issue coming up. The evaluation on how they play going back is the key. I just don’t see a ton of natural coverage ability with Bradford.
Ball skill gauge: instinctual plays on the ball vs layup INTs from trash HS QBs.
Best example: Laron Landry was best athlete on the field. Showed same box characteristics but was very natural in coverage finding the ball. He also played QB if I recall. Guys like that have natural coverage instincts that are hard to train.
Bradford to me is like Tackett Curtis was. He’s the biggest fastest guy in the field coming down & popping people. It looks great, he flexes his speed & tackling. It has value but it’s not all that special.

Columbus, Ohio? The people there have been trying to get out themselves all their lives.

Blaine's dad is a huge Georgia fan and none of his boys went there. I still think Jacob should have stuck with Houston.
