How did this guy sign with SLU? (Baseball)

Here is Kris Bryant type power. There is a story that he hit a line drive homerun and it was still in the air when he rounded first. I believe it after watching the videos.

I don't think he's gonna end up at Southeastern. He should be drafted high enough to go pro

True but yea I don't know why he would commit to Southeastern. I'm sure he could go anywhere

My buddy coaches him at Oak Forest. He's been begging me to come watch batting practice one day, but I've never gotten out that way. Said he absolutely crushes the ball already with a wooden bat

Idk, I just looked him up on the perfect game site and it said basically he's a dead pull hitter with a long swing so he will probably k about 50% of his at bats. When he does get a hold of it though it flies.

Miley played at Loranger, as far as Kindrick played at loranger until this year and transferred to Oak Forest, I might add Oak Forest field is like 265 to the corner. Ole Miss and Miss St where on him an offered, its very expensive to leave the state and play ball. He works with a hitting coach from Jays hammond yankees facility and this was his in at SLU. Kid has a big stick but gets fooled on off speed stuff. He will be a good hitter once he picks up pitches off the hand better.

It's a moot point either way, he's not going to college. He's about to get at least $500k+ thrown his way.
