House happy with current LB corps?

Evidently our coaches are happy with our current group of linebackers. We’ve literally recruited every position except linebacker in the portal. Maybe some of you linebacker alarmist need to chill?

Just because we haven’t landed any doesn’t mean we aren’t recruiting them. Shea and Billy have both said LSU’s staff is evaluating a ton of LB’s, and will end up with at least 1-2 from the portal. LB is the major focus for the rest of this cycle

Doesn't matter how happy they are or aren't they still need depth there regardless. They'll get some in the portal.

Your logic skills need a bit of work. Just because LSU has not signed any linebackers, that in no way means they are happy with what they have.
Other options:
1. They have tried and failed to recruit other linebackers
2. They do not believe the current crop of linebackers meets the required talent level.
3. They already have linebackers identified and these are not yet public.
4. They are waiting for more talented linebackers to enter the protal
So, maybe YOU need to chill?

I know folks put up a player every time one hits the portal. The support staff handles that. Believe me, they are weighing every option. Seems like most would have seen what was done last season and understand, this staff has it together.
You can bet, very few coaches could have taken over this depleted roster, then accomplish what was done.
