I was pretty sure his mother was already familiar with lsu. I could be wrong. Nothing sounds good on our end. I'd be happier if he took an official before tripping to bama. But I'm not sure even that's enough to change his mind.
Him saying he's still 50/50 is bullshite. You mean to tell me you are announcing in 3 weeks and your "torn". He knows exactly where he's going, just needs to convince mom.

What 5 Star doesn't feel they can make an immediate impact...LC Felt the same way...Chad Jones felt the same way...Laron Landry felt the same way...in a few cases it was true...

Her son will make the choice he wants. Mom has never won any recruiting battle. Even the great April Justin couldn't win.

Ive followed recruiting for a while.
Please name any other recruit in the last 10 years that said the depth chart doesn't matter.
Which means early playing time has no factor in his decision.

If I am a DB Recruit, can Cory Raymond and Chief develop me like a Saban/Smart staff would...if the answer is yes or pretty close; you stay home..what we don't know today, is the secondary woes merely lack of experience or coaching...lets hope its the former...

I know that. But mom's will always let their sons do what they want. They may protest but as long as he gets his mom to be ok with bama, which won't be hard, then it's done.
Crobs mom was pro lsu from what I heard. Guess they sold her on the tide as well.

I'm not ready to crap on Raymond. I have seen improvement in white, Robinson, and Thompson. Those guys are in fact getting better.

What is bothering me now is the fact that if i feel that way .....why doesn't Miles.
$abun is all over him called him in the last 48hrs. Miles called him last thursday or so.....he couldnt remember.

its really peculiar how these kids aren't anywhere near NSD and suddenly (with in the last 60-90 days) change their tune or at least decide for bama.

You know what my issue is right now with brick.why aren't we rotating more of the young DL in right now? I mean freak and ego play like 95% of the snaps. Are defensive front is awful as is, might as well let them get some game exp

Napier and Saban are working that area harder. They call more, they text more, they seem to field better relationships. They skirt the rules sometimes with us scheduled "run ins" that hit the grey area of recruiting.
Frankly their guys recruiting that area are better than our guys.

I think we will very soon...from the sideline Bain looks like he has no anticipation of getting on the field...Brick coaches his guys hard...I have to think they just are not ready...I can tell you if Welter was under him, he wouldn't see the field
