I'm sure we are being very cautious. If we have made up as much ground as many are saying with Adams, you do not just let Hootie in without thinking things through. They won't take a chance on missing both, but the goal will undoubtedly be to get both guys on campus.
exactly

well, couple things are for SURE, no guesses.
ain't getting jack crap done the rest of the day.
and productivity will be lowered until Hootie does [re]commit. I'll be refreshing this sucker constantly now.
Only way I get anything done up until Christmas vacation is that Hootie says he will announce again on Jan 2nd with the rest of the remaining studs.
I wonder if Mr. Harris has been doing some work here too? LF was in the Dome when he was playing correct?

Both are a priority.... and who is to say both will be playing S their entire career.
Hootie has the size and physicality to play OLB, and Adams has the athleticism to play CB. Not saying its likely he will play CB, but who knows where these guys end up playing... Hottie could add 15lbs and be a monster at OLB.
When you have the chance to get 2 players of this caliber, you take both and figure the rest out later.

Micah Eugene leaving the team may have played into Hootie's decision

You serious, champ?

Meh... Eugene was already passed up by the younger players.
What it did do was that it opened up a scholarship spot. Which was huge, especially for this recruiting class.

if the staff can handle rantards bashing them 24/7, im pretty sure the staff could handle a couple of comments about a visit not going well that was generated by quotes out of context. im just not buying all this crap that the staff's "feelings are hurt"

Is it possible fournette was recruiting Hootie to LSU in ttown?

I'll tell on the 2nd after he commits. I will say people on here will get a good enjoyment out of it

Exactly Red
Recruiting, especially at this level, is a cut throat business. Cant have feelings. Players de-commit and commit to other schools every day. And just because they committed somewhere else doesnt mean that guy "spurned" this school or that school.
