How do you investigate somebody for a serious crime like that for 9 months and there are no charges?

The sexual assault thing is awful. But from a pure basketball standpoint love the decision, I think he will really benefit having that year to acclimate to CWW system and be a huge help at practice Kiir would be a sophomore and KBW should compliment him very well.
I am pretty excited about this years team as I think the player that will benefit the most from Wade is Reath. He could play in the NBA one day, will have to play overseas or in the G-League but I could see him sneaking onto one of the All-SEC teams next year. Waters and Edwards are both upgrades and really what Mays and Sampson needed was maturity.

Not to mention let's look at the source who released this...an Oregon newspaper, the day after he says he's coming here...
I sure hope nothing comes of this, but if that doesn't scream butthurt I'm not sure what does. I mean they basically just laid it out there Oregon played a guy under sexual assault investigation, which typically would tell you nothing comes of that since it's been forever. Dont think this story had the intended effect they were hoping for.

i am having some serious doubts this dude ever makes it to campus. this may be a situation where the juice isn't worth the squeeze for wade.
