Eddie you have a set of seminole balls in your mouth and a Gator dick in your arse. Please take them out, so we can understand what it is you're jabbering about. Btw since you love waaaaaaY too early polls and rankings, who is in the top 2 of every preseason poll in America?

LSU

True, there could be some of that. I also believe coach is loyal to most of the players. To most of the other posters, it's obvious by all the venom being spewed that this question hit a very raw nerve with you, and is something you can't discuss. I represent a segment of fans that believe we have a right to question the decisions of our team's coach and their ramifications. I'll end by saying this: thank God coach Chavis stayed.

Where did I say anything that even hints that I don't think anybody has the right to criticize Miles? Raw nerve with me? Not in the least. I said some kids like that Miles stayed loyal to "his" QB. I don't agree with that decision, never did. I think our best QB hardly saw the field and I will be proven right this Fall.

teenagers cannot remember last week, much less 1-9-2012. If bad games were all recruits gauged, then Alabama will sign every recruit leaving, none for the 118 other teams.

We will be fine. You won't be. Keep hating Miles it's always good for a fanbase to hate a coach who is setting records for wins.

You most certainly have a right to your opinion but I have a right to call you a dumb frick. You sky is falling pussies even while Les is reeling in top talent is going to cause more harm to the program than any loss. It's sad that so many grown arse men have grown vaginas over 1/9. fricking pathetic.

Why would recruits sign with them after blowing a 24 point lead vs Auburn last year?

However, there is a limit to the # of recruits, 85, total any one team can sign and even if there wasn't, you can still only start 11 guys on offense and 11 on defense. Do you think kids would find better to sit on the bench for 4 years at Alabama than start some where else? Bama had 4 guys drafted in the first round, there where still 28 other first round picks.

Make no mistake, the venom is being spewed at you and your stupidity. Its meant to mock you. Most people have a very low tolerance for abject stupidity.

is something you can't discuss

Discuss what? Your original question is stupid on its face. Take a minute to browse a few recruiting sites and see how many national recruits express interest in LSU.
Cooper Bateman a 4* QB loved his visit to LSU, said it was "AWESOME!"

Robert Nkimdiche, the nations #1 recruit has LSU in his final 5 and called his visit back in March a 10.

LINK

Greg Gilmore a 4* DT from So Car has LSU as his favorite :

quote:

“They’re a national championship team, I’ll be in the NFL four years from today if I committed to their school. Three years and on to the NFL. They’re losing six D-linemen to the draft and graduation. They’re losing six D-linemen and they only signed one. That situation sounds good to be. Of course I’m going to keep my eyes open, but that sounds the best to me.

Your question was that recruiting has been "permanently damaged" by the BCS CG. You want to discuss that? Offer something that concerns you other than a couple of early rankings of incomplete classes.

What do you mean by "permanently damaged" anyway. Is it your contention that LSU will return to the 90's level of futility. I'd argue that would be much more likely if we fired a coach with a 78-18 record over 1 bad game, but what makes you think based on incomplete rankings of a class of kids, who BTW haven't even started their Sr year in HS?

Your premise is one based on ignorance and butt hurt and hence it will be greeted by violent and well deserved mocking. Its a free country and you are welcome to question the decisions of the coach or anyone else. It would make you sound like a lot less of an idiot if you based those questions on something like facts and not just irrational anger and hatred.

i am sure QB's with the chest to come to LSU like the fact that CLM stuck with JJ. on the other hand, there will be some with enough chest that wonder why he didn't stick with JL, or even put ZM in the game. the QB's that consider LSU will each make their own choice, just like kids at every other position that LSU recruits.

i do understand what you are asking. i think it will affect LSU the same way CNS bad game choices have affected him. not much at all.

what i do think is affecting LSU right now is the fact that they are just getting over the whole thing with Hicks and the whole Lyles thing. meaning, the coaches are being very careful about how they recruit. thats not saying anything dirty was going on. they just had some negative attention and maybe are being to cautious since they realize just how stacked LSU is right now.

Ya gotta love cyber-hectoring.
Except for the "permanent"part, it's a perfiectly legitimate question.
I suspect there are QB and receiver prospects who were unimpressed by what they saw.
1/9/12 was not a good peformance for the program.

how could any offensive skill position players fail to be impressed with the bcs game plan, as well as the in-game coaching decisions used during the game, esp the second half. remember that kiel guy ?

1/9/12 was not a proud moment for the program.
It hurt us, and Miles' reputation as a head coach, but certainly not "permanently".
It will be forgotten after a few big wins next year, until Miles screws up again in some spectacular way.
And, based on history, he will...
