I'm pretty sure he's the highest rated uncommitted RB right now. We need to get this young man committed.

Yes he is. He has a clear path to get some major PT as a true freshman. I would guess he would push Brossette for his type of carries.

I'm from Birmingham, so I'm a little leery of a kid like this from the ham (especially from mountain brook) that has an offer to play at Bama.

It really does seem like this guy likes lsu and it really makes a lot of sense for him to come here, but man that Bham push to bama is pretty serious. Especially in an area like Mountain Brook with a lot of the wealthiest bama alumni living there

We will sweat this one out but let's hope the fact that he will get lots of touches year one wins out. I'm encouraged by all of the well known writers that have cb'd him to lsu

I get that but LSU is losing 2 RBs that are getting 99.9% of the carries.

Damien Harris is most likely gone from Bama. Idk bout Scarbrough. Guess he will go too? Bama has a good bit in the backfield though with Josh Jacobs, Najee Harris, Brian Robinson. I know they dont have a RB commit for this class (yet) so that might be attractive to him.

My understanding is that Bama is not recruiting him as a RB because of his height and he wants to stay at RB. I also think the issue is that we were a little luke warm on the kid even though he is very high on LSU. That's just what I remember.

I just hope we don't slow play him like Etienne. There is no Cam Akers out there uncommitted so we need to try to lock this kid up.

Considering we didn't offer Etienne until mid-December, I don't think there's any chance of that.

I know am gonna get flack for this, but this kid feels like a Trojan horse. The 'safety' out of Monroe comes to mind.

Talking to my younger siblings (one of which is the same age/year), he's pretty vocal about liking LSU first. If anyone asks him about his schools, he's always bringing up LSU first regardless of audience.

You guys don't think that the gumps don't play dirty. Just look at the hootie debacle and tell me am wrong. He could be a plant to slow down recruiting in one of our biggest needs going forward. You can't put it past Saban, that's all am saying.

You're absolutely right. That is exactly the type of thing that Nick would do. It is good to hear how well he speaks of LSU though.

You’re crazy I like him better. Tyrion Davis from 2019 will be the man though
