So someone posted earlier that he is announcing at 11am EST tomorrow and it got whacked. Was this a joke? A credible rumor? I can't take much more of this.

i think the 11EST thing has grown legs like "presser at 4" in ATPB.
Originally, someone who had a source said he was supposed to announce at 11 on Friday. Or was it Thursday, then Friday? anyhow.... we know how that turned out.

It seems like this is about as done as it can get, without being public. The ND boards have said that their best recruiting analyst says that ND is pretty much out and is targeting that dual threat QB Fuller. So unless he's going to Vandy (very doubtful), it seems like LSU FTW.
