I was surprised when I read he only appeared in two games on defense for the Tide but played on special teams. It doesn't clarify how many games. Did he qualify for a redshirt?

I just remember feeling so confident thinkin to myself man CC is really going hard with this Ricks commitment we got this. As the announcement got closer and closer it felt like all the others before him we going to get sloppy seconds again. When the Ricks ink dried with Bama my thoughts on Captain Crown were dis guy

Where is Desmond Ricks originally from? I know he played high school football at IMG in Bradenton, Florida but is he from there?
