Walker Howard has 4TD’s with 9:00 to go in the 2nd qtr.

Make it 5TD’s now.

I wonder how he’d feel if one of the freshmen broke out this season.

He wouldn’t be fazed by it at all. He knows he will have to compete and earn a starting job wherever he goes.

understand he's not the athlete Williams is but his tape as a passer is every bit as good in terms of seeing the field and making all the throws.

Just a bit undersized but so was Brees, Mayfield, Manziel and many others who were good high school players in TX. As long as he can carry over that It factor into college - which you'd expect he may since he's moved around and had so much change in life being the son of a former QB and current QB coach - then he's going to do good things at LSU imo. I don't see him as a liability like most LSU QBs have been the last dozen years.

I'm at the game now watching him too. This kid is special. Some Burrowesque moments evading pressure.

Kid’s a competitor. Any recruit going to a SEC school is going to have to major competition

Newman beat St Thomas Aquinas 48-0. I haven’t seen any stats but I’m guessing Arch played pretty well. I don’t think Zachary played.

Marcus vs. Flower Mound

Was going last night to see the game but my daughter had car troubles and I gave away my tickets. Wanted to see the next Heisman winner at LSU.

quote:

Quarterback Garrett Nussmeier dazzled once again with more than 300 yards passing and four touchdowns. His ability to extend plays with his feet while looking downfield for airstrikes was breathtaking once again – for fans watching and for Flower Mound defenders seemingly forever in pursuit.

Nussmeier became the school’s all-time leader in touchdown passes Friday night, a milestone aided immensely by a standout receiving corps that shined brightly throughout. Seniors Tyler Schott (six catches, 117 yards, two TDs), J. Michael Sturdivant (10 catches, 93 yards, one TD) and junior Dallas Dudley (five catches, 34 yards, one TD) combined for 21 receptions, 244 yards and four touchdowns.

I'm not worried about DBs. We will always get them. Offensive Linemen talent does worry me. I don't know why it is soooo hard for us to land top flight true OTs.

This kid has the "it" factor. He controls his offense. If you watch the players on offense they don't take their eyes off him.

At this point we can't even land high 4 star offensive tackles

This shite is infuriating
