I've heard a lot of tongue-in-cheek about Ensminger's bbq. I've tried to read between the lines for months. What's the whole story about that? :IknowImspeakinggerman: :excusetherantard:

With board approval, tight ends coach Steve Ensminger's salary jumps from $210,000 to $230,000 in 2012, $230,000 to $250,000 in 2013. The recommendation asks the board to grant Ensminger another year on his contract for $300,000 in 2014.

$325K to $550K then up $50K a year thru 2014.

Nic Brossette says he's already working on getting another big increase in 2015.

I'm sure he'll deserve it!

Pending board approval Steve Kragthorpe's pay as quarterback's coach will cut 42 percent from $700,000 to $400,000 then jump $25,000 a year through 2014. Kragthorpe stepped down as Offensive Coordinator before the 2011 season for medical reasons

I was wondering if this would happen. He sure is doing good work as a recruiter.

This is a bargain. Imagine what we'd have to pay a guy for Memphis and Kansas City styles.

All I can find on brick is that he makes 380k, but that was when they signed the contracts in 2011 when krags got here.

I never thought I would be disappointed about a position coach making 380k

Hopefully he gets a bump to
