BK s recruiting classes are better than LSUs previous 2 coaches for 1
reason ,his haul of O@D lineman the last 2 years. The 25 season should start reaping the benefits on the field. The Tigers will finially have the depth to
compete week to week in the SEC.Something they couldn`t do consistently
the last couple of seasons.

Frustrating but I think we are close. The HS class and portal class (so far) will get us over the hump.

To the unrealistic maybe. It was just like every other year, get some lose some.
Both Underwood and Phillips all but admitted they flipped because of dollars. Stewart all but admitted he went to USC for the money. Moore is maybe the only one that didn't come here strictly because of money.
You're always going to lose kids. LSU has never lost kids of this magnitude, especially not all in the same class. This wasn't some La kid (except for Stewart) announcing his commitment on signing day. It was the top player at two positions flipping, one of which being the top overall recruit in the country.
I also don't understand the downvotes. I'm not shitting on this class or the staff or the program. I think it was still a great class that hit on a bunch of needs, and coupled with the transfer class? May be the best all around group of new comers in America.

6 of 29 are QBs....maybe 1 or 2 will pan out. About 80% of the rest will

Losing Stewart and Moore hurt.

The Graphic shows the problem..LSU has a good class but only #5 in it's own conference...so they need to really develop their players and get the portal players to play up to potential or otherwise will be #6 or 7 in conference and barely a top 25 team

By stars, a bad metric. And lets be honest these "services" are there to make money, bigger markets, bigger fan bases will always get the finger on the scale.
Now take the class with regard to team need? not 5th.

The truth is if we want to compete for championships every year we have to be in the top 3 with the Texas, Bama, Georgia group, not in the group behind them. It was a good class but had potential to be one of the best recruiting classes ever, which are the type classes we need unless we hit on a generational level QB. If you aren’t consistently in the top 5 recruiting you essentially have to have a Jayden or Joe type QB to win it all. Georgia, bama, and Texas will be contenders every season no matter who the QB is because the rest of their teams are so stacked

The truth is that you just have to identify talent better than the services and develop and keep talent better than your competitors.

Maybe some years. But this year there isn't much difference between the #2 class and the #10 class. The gap between #2 Georgia and #8/9 LSU is just about the same as the gap between Texas and UGA.
