What relationship did he have with USC who also hired a new coach? Lincoln Riley was announced after OU played Baylor and Kelly was announced not long after that.

Based on his 247 timeline events he never even visited LSU. Not unofficial or official. Even Arch Manning unofficially visited LSU and absolutely no one thought he was considering LSU at any point.
It's funny that he's quoted talking about his relationship with Lincoln Riley but he never visited Oklahoma while Riley was coach there.
Unofficial visits: U-Louisiana-Laff, Michigan, Wisconsin, Texas A&M, Clemson, Georgia, Tennessee, Penn St., Nebraska, Arkansas, Miami
Official Vists: Wisconsin, USC, Ohio St.
He unofficially visited UL-Lafayette and Arkansas, but never unofficially visited LSU.
I'm sureee he was very "serious" about LSU.
Eta: I was wrong, he did visit LSU back in late May.

So you tell me, he visited once in late May, then eliminated LSU by the first week of July. Did this kid ever really consider LSU?

I think he did visit LSU recently if I recall. I saw some pictures of him on campus.
