Emery ran a 4.42 at the Opening. At 5'11 206 that's pretty good.

Tyrion Davis ran a 4.53 at 6'1 227.

He had a 135. something SPARQ score. That’s like the best I have ever seen/remember seeing. A lot of guys at these camps are getting in the 100-110 range, 135 is unheard of.

Interesting. Texas is the one school he left out in his interview at The Opening Regional yesterday:

Speedy had a 153.90 SPARQ (45.3” vertical) and won the 2013 National Competition. As far as RB’s, Nick Chubb had a 142.59 in the same year. In 2015 Kirk Merritt (Destrehan) RB/WR put up a 138.89 score. Speedy and Merritt both signed with A&M and their college careers never lived up to their recruiting hype. Merritt was kicked out of school for exposing himself to several tutors; he currently plays for Arky State

I still think TAMU, but man if we can start stacking 5 star RBs like Bama and UGA...

I still think he was grossly underrated. Reminds me of how they rated Guice 5th best RB of 2015.

If LSU beats Texas in Austin, it will definitely help in his recruitment.
