Well that must be reassuring for USC. They are going with Lane and O's evaluation.

Personally, I think Oregon is the best program right now for LS. However, as someone who once moved from the deep south to Oregon, I can assure you that it is...different. Different culture. Different vibe. Just...different. It's like being in a different country. It's beautiful. It's really cool. But it's not 'home'. And after you've been there a few times and get over the 'this is kinda cool' aspect, it hits you how FAR from what you know it actually is.

If he's anything like me, he's facing that reality right now, and it will be part of his decision in the end. Maybe the distance and different culture doesn't phase him. I was fairly well traveled...and I loved visiting there, but making it my home was an entirely different prospect. IMO, he's the same, and it's between us and AU.

At this point, I'm not sure who he'd pick between us and AU. Also, I don't really care, because I no longer think he's a make or break recruit...though I'd still love to have him...after all, this is Lache Seastrunk University.

it sure as hell wasn't for their coaching abilities

You're right asswipe. We should just recruit 2 and 3 star guys b/c it won't matter.

Idiot, you had some of the top talent in the whole nation on offense this year and couldn't even be top 50. Check that, top 100. We were 112th. I don't see WTF is the use of having better skill players are if you're going keep running the same shitty scheme, using the same retarded strategy you have been. It was a comment about Crowton.

the Oline sucked this year, that one of the reasons we were ranked 122th this year. They are some of the blame too.

Nah, it's the coaching. Miles said this line was one of the better ones he had, ie. the toughest. Well I know alot of tough people that are tough but suck at their jobs.

They could have used some sort of simple Zone blocking scheme if they would teach basic fundamentals and techniques to the lineman.

Instead we got a bunch of 300 pounders getting their Cornbread pushed in.

Amen to that rosiebean...
It's quickly forgotten how different the NW or any part of the country is from the south. I've lived all over and can personally attest to the difference in the NW. Being originally from Cajun country, I can tell you... it's a night and day difference. I've been thinking this for weeks. It definitely has to have a factor.

So they can let someone pay for Reggie Bush's parents house and Joe McKnight's girlfriend's suv but they won't deal with a handler?

I guess everyone has their limits

Isn't he related to Michael Ford and was in LA before Hurricane Katrina? Maybe I am thinking of another RB.
