That suprises me. Even though I think Texas has many of their players oversold because of the high school level coaching, I really like Monroe's talent. I'm also suprised he moved the date up. I wonder why he did so.

Someone on 247 wrote that he was going to announce at The Opening, but isn't going there anymore. So he had no reason to postpone the announcement. Plus that he committed to the coaches last week.
