I think he is. I believe he said he's giving his verbal on his birthday.
UPDATE - His birthday appears to be in the 3rd or 4th week of March.

I think I remember reading March 23 or 28....something like that...and yeah the kid is a beast...I live in the DFW area and I am cool with his cousin....I am almost certain that he will be a Tiger...
