I’d wait and see how Rattler does under Lincoln before I’d make a decision.....All Lincoln’s studs have been transfers........of course it’s easy to make a name for yourself in the Big 12.......

Unless your an Aggie 1998....

It's been pretty obvious.

Oh well.

I’m just happy that Nuss committed when he did.

Nussmeier = Limited mobility Caleb Williams brings both a Pro Style & Dual capability and is SEC size ready, great insurance if Myles goes down next year Nussmeier will be a project much the same way Brennan was, but he’s clearly not as good as Brennan was going into a Sr Season

Scouts disagree with you:
quote:

Adequate height with an average frame. Should be able to get north of 200 pounds. Provides outstanding production against strong competition at Texas 6A level. Accurate passer to all levels. Shows good touch on timing routes and other deep throws outside the numbers. Flashes playmaking ability to make impressive off-schedule throws under pressure. That translates not only in game situations, but select 7-on-7 environments as well. Pro-style but quick-footed and shows ability to make first rusher miss to extend play. Encouraging ability to throw on the run

His JR film shows at least a dozen off schedule throws and ability to throw on designed rolls in either direction. Nussmeier has also played a higher level of competition vs Brennan or Williams and still completed 67% of his passes. Nuss just needs to have a season in the S&C program, but physically he's not as thin as Brennan was and has already added more muscle at the end of the season. I'm sure Williams will do well, but Nuss is going to be a very good QB for the Tigers.

Without being able to get him back on campus it was already going to be tough and then Nuss committed as well.

I'll take Nuss playing big boy Texas football over Brennan playing in Mississippi

TJ Finley is certainly a high IQ quarterback. I wouldn't be surprised if he ends up being the starter over the other big names in the QB room.

Here’s a crazy idea...how about the better play gets to start? Not based on potential or measurables but the guy who can read a damn defense, think, and execute.

Who cares if that guy is Finley, Johnson, or someone else??

Jesus the agendas are ridiculous

That would not go over well on this board with some people for obvious reasons. There is just no way TJ could have an high IQ! Its the same type of thinking that had people saying Jacob Hester couldn't play RB here, it comes from the same place! Same song different band.

It just sux the life out of everything and makes it no fun to read the boards most of the time. Can we go we go one day without the same thing being the underlying stench of 90% of the topics!

This post is laughable. Literally everything in it regarding Nuss is wrong lmao.

So much so that you made race an issue in a topic where no one was discussing it?

Just stating the obvious! So either you are being a donkey's behind, or are you just to ignorant to see it. I didn't say anything that wasn't true!

I want to come on here an read and join in discussions about LSU sports and how we are gonna blast everyone's tail in the fall. Not some BS agenda of pushing the IQ of a freshman QB's that haven't took the first snap against the Alabama's,Georgia's and Auburns of the world. Talk to me about IQ's after that.

You'll notice I didn't mention A&M!! Zero IQ is needed to beat that @$$

Do we know the IQ of any of these young men? I sure don't, and do not care. They are all just LSU Tigers and that is all that should matter.

Nussmeier= more mobility because now you can potentially add another weapon (of the coaches choosing) into this class instead of another qb
