Does this scare off Narcisse? Tbh I'd rather do whatever it takes to make sure that Narcisse is the future

You can't play it like that. Too much risk. LSU already went all out for one guy because of these concerns.. Look where it got them..

Yep you onto something here and having Fournette shadow him. Look I say we have a legit shot here. If all the talk is correct and we are at 1A to OSU and the kid has not even visited our campus yet, then I really like our chances.

I don't think so. Lets say Haskins indeed comes. Haskins is not redshirting, so this means that he will be a Sophomore and Narcisse a tFreshman. Narcisse redshirts and now going into his rFreshman year Haskins is now a Junior. This is how you build your QB depth.

Who gives a frick about your opinion here? According to some OSU insider this won't happen right?
You are like a not invited guest at a baby shower keeps saying to be honest my son is way more cuter but congratulations anyway.

I've heard on several national recruiting shows that it's Harris' mother who is wanting him to stay close to home and is calling the shots. So it is important that she does come with him & gets to see first hand what LSU has to offer.

I think we have "Harris" pretty much locked in for the 2016 season my dude.

quote:Why is it assumed Haskins is not willing to redshirt, or that he'd be needed immediately? We have 3 upperclassmen at QB going into the fall with Etling now being eligible. They'll move on soon enough, but why have Haskins burn a redshirt? It is not a given that he'd push past Etling or McMillan as a true freshman in August. And there is still Jennings at 2nd string for one more season.

So I'm curious, what exactly does everyone say to him that sways his decision? Outside of the teammates he will play with, the targets he will have, the elevated level of competition to play against..etc.
What would one say to a recruit in this instance? I'm thinking that his parents want to look at more than just football. And know that their child will be well taken care of. I'm just curious what the typical conversation would be like.

They want to know that he is wanted. It's been the issue all along.

He was just waiting on the in home to set visit. Will get real. Unless he goes to A&M this weekend, they won't get a visit. LSU and Ohio State are the two most likely cases. Haskins likes Florida, but I don't think he follows Franks.
