On3 industry is slowly eliminating ESPN and Rivals. I think the percentages are: On3 (35%), 247 (35%), Rivals (20%), ESPN (10%).
Maybe they'll switch to 40/40/10/10 soon. Or outright eliminate ESPN.

The final rankings aren't very far off from each other because ESPN and Rivals basically plagiarize the scouting reports and rankings from On3 and 247. There is an obvious reason why Rivals and ESPN typically update their rankings a week or so AFTER the main 2.
