Do the two-fer for Sophsher

In each class, you need a lot...all will agree.
But, Tackles, QB's and DT's are the top priority "difference makers"...
We'll, for LSU, they are the top areas needing top-tier talent and depth.
The two-fer to seal the deal for Sophsher is truly a no-brainer.
It would not only give us exactly what we need at this time (in addition to finding a great LT), but it helps to hinder Saban raiding our state of 5-star players.
I believe CEO is along these lines of thought.

Rod is a 2020 guy. I haven’t completely given up on the Ish front, but this certatintley dropped our chances quite a bit.

Ish gave an ultimatum to LSU in return for his signature... that is not the type of guy you want on your team. This 2020 haul will lessen the blow of him going to bama

Negative...we absolutely want Ish on our team, but it doesn't look like he wants to come here.
Not landing a top DE in this class will hurt us tremendously in 2020. It will be likely that our only options for quality depth and possibly even starters on the exterior of the DL in 2020 will have to come from transfers after 2019 or from true freshmen in the 2020 class.

One Sopsher is more than enough, especially when this year's brother is a big gamble. I'm not convinced he's worth all this hype. Look at his tape! Takes a lot of plays off!

The Fournette comparison only makes sense if they’re the same level of player. You do that deal all day for a guy like fournette... I wouldn’t for Ish.
