agree, especially if you can land a guy like Rasco who can rush the passer. We have plenty of SDEs

I do agree we could use a solid DT commit this year

Does Ego Ferguson have brothers named Id and Superego?

could see josh downs redshirting. he's an awesome talent at DT. just a lot of older DTs on the team ahead so i can see him getting either limited action or a redshirt. i really think he's good enough to contribute this year, but i expect nevis and alexander will hold that DT spot down.

i think davenport will be all over woods to take some time from him. i could see him making a strong push for a starting spot later in the year.

what the hell was rjf thinking? think he would be a 2nd round pick on a stellar defense if he returned.

about 7 people will get that joke, but likely none of the 7 will laugh.

I question whether Alexander can even be solid now after all of his injuries

the dude looked very slow and noticeably overweight last season

I think his best days are well behind him and he cannot really be counted on to make an impact this season

We need to offer Shariff Floyd. He was amazed in a recent video interview that LSU has not offered him.

For those of you that don't know the name, he is the # DT and a top 10 national 5 star.

Ferguson would probably be a DT if he came to Baton Rouge ..dude is a player

Hunter is def not a DT candidate ...he is all DE and just looks ok to me

I think we'll be fine at DE...we need some DTs though ..Fergie would be a good pick up

Good take... I think Hunter could be a solid player in a few years, but I wouldn't rate him over Jordan Allen, Brockers, Clement, or Logan. He's a top 200 type guy certainly, but I'm not sure that he's worth taking.

Ego is a definite stud and a potential difference maker. I'm not sure whether he should be ranked as high as he is on Rivals, but he's a top 50 type guy IMO.

I laughed more at this than his ill-fated attempt at humor.

Florida and South Carolina were major players for defensive tackle Sharrif Floyd (Philadelphia/George Washington). Now the Gators and Gamecocks have nailed down two of the 6-foot-3, 308-pound prospect's official visits.

Isn't Benay Pryer from Belaire going to take one of the DT spots? He was a sign and place and the last reports I saw about him was he wanted to be a Tiger.....

Their is a year and a half to turn him. Not too worried honestly.
