It’s already been explained in the thread, but we’ll give it one more go. It means that Steve Wiltfong put in a prediction for LSU to land him. “Fong” (short for Steve Wiltfong) refers to his prediction, as he is one of the most accurate and plugged in recruiting analysts in the nation. It’s a regular word in the recruiting world.
