Lmao geez brother, not that serious. LSU took Anderson and gave BAMA that L which cost them any chance of a playoff. It’s not yet over as well. Whole day before committing

You think Saban flipped three five stars in the past month including Ricks based on “facilities”

They’re throwing stupid offers at recruits this cycle. It won’t be made public but, the boosters ponied up after getting embarrassed by A&M last cycle

Bama has been doing this shite for years before NIL. The one constant is Saban. I believe Bama has a more organized NIL fund, but there’s no large industry business that supports Bama that I am aware of.

Considering saban is supposed to be a DB guru, his backfield is always the worst unit on the field.

Every year with the majority of the out of state top recruits. I don’t like our chances more with NIL being what it is now. If they haven’t already committed, I’m never going to like our chances against Bama on signing day. Ricks played the game and maximized the deal he got, right up to scheduling his signing the day after everyone else.

Look at their class. It's absurd.

You have to wonder how much they have left to spend given the amount they've seemingly spent on an already insane class.

It's a pretty damning indictment on LSU if we can't beat them out for just ONE recruit.

They were awful this season, surprised the historic class with a lackluster staff around him. Golding can recruit but man…that defense was super talented and didn’t show up.

I have and the LSU campus is not better and the football facilities are great but nothing to make a difference.

Aaron Anderson was just taken by this staff and Saban covered him immensely. Would have probably been their next WR1.

Bamas campus is overall newer, but LSU's campus is much prettier.

Even with it's warts here and there.

I don't even think it's very comparable. Bamas campus is just bland cookie cutter.

Just my opinion.

But Anderson didn’t want to be there anymore. That’s different

42 of their last 100 signees have entered the portal as well.

This dates back to 2018 class.

If he chose the money, there's no guarantee he'll sick around everything doesn't go his way.

And you can't blame these kids with that much cash being thrown at them

Folks underestimate how maddening it has been for Saban and Bama to watch Georgia stealing their thunder and becoming the talk of college football, while they have been anything but dominate the last few legit seasons.

Id say it's more of bama spending huge this year like A&M did last year than LSU not having the money. Really for 2 reasons. 1. They will be without a legitimate title now since 2017 (covid isnt legitimatewith all the opt outs and shortened season). 2. They're pissed A&M took their precious recruiting title last year (look at Sabans comments on it)
