Last thing we need to worry about is defensive linemen

Are they planning on transferring? I heard Stewart was happy at USC

Not sure Williams is better than what we have. Stewart actually was pretty damn good in the few games i saw of them. Made some young mistakes but the talent definitely showed. Better than I expected for sure. Think hes tied to Henderson/USC and contract restraints(big buyout)

I don't think we need Stewart at this point. We need a top tier DE. If we take a DT, I'd say we need a vet.
I'm not against taking Williams, it's surprised me that neither he or Mack has taken a starting role at Texas.
I think we'll need one Safety to go with Cooley and Spears, but I think we need a sure thing like another Haulcey.

Getting Reilford back next year will be big he looked like he was going to be a stud before he got hurt.

Jahkeem Stewart was one of the better young DLinemen in the country this year.
Yea I’d want him

I didn’t know those NIL deals had buyouts

Williams looked great as a freshman but hasn't been the same since his season ending injury. He didn't even play that much this year

We have young talent already on the roster at DE

Not unless one of them is really good at playing quarterback

I spoke to Stewart’s mom recently and while she is pro LSU and raves about Frank she also told me he is happy where he is. So take that fwiw.

In terms of Williams, home-state players (or highly ranked HS players, for that matter)that go to P4 schools and don’t play generally have not been able to see the field and play well at lsu, either.

Damn, oh well glad he’s happy
