How much longer does Helton have?
He probably got saved by COVID
Foreman and Davis are two good gets for them
USC could dominate the PAC 12 if they got their house in order
Could probably be in playoff discussion every year like Oklahoma

Also have Domani Jackson committed for next year. I’m surprised how quickly they recovered. Last year they lost about every top recruit in the area.

I love when grown men call an 18 year old kid a loser for making a life altering decision. At least the kid didn’t end up in the SEC!

Im insinuating he's a loser for picking a shitty school that has produced seasons of losing.

Tons of reasons for a kid to pick a school. Not everyone can realistically expect to win championships.

Loser.

As somebody that gets frustrated when top Louisiana guys leave for other schools especially rivals and don’t stay home. I have no issue with Davis deciding to stay at home and play with a lot of guys he grew up with. Can’t be a hypocrite

One of my best friends and his entire family are USC alumni. They're all contributing boosters, with his elderly father being a "large contributor". They continue to say how much Helton is hated. The father said that Helton would have to win back-to-back national championships for the majority of the boosters not to want him gone. They have told me many times that when Sark got the boot, they all wanted coach O to be made permanent head coach. From what they say, the only thing that kept him from being made HC was the administration could not get past the way he talked and thought it would
not mesh well with the So. Cal alum and their $$$.

CFB is better when USC is relevant, if only to attest there is a real contender somewhere in the shitty PAC-12/West Coast region.

We would still need a resurgence from Mich, FSU, Texas, maybe even Notre Dame to help break up the annual log-jam bore-fest that is Bama, Clemson, OSU and OU.

Only an expanded playoff field can break the logjam.
