He’s a phony. What about Deion Sanders and his life’s work makes you think that he’s a genuine guy who’s doing this for anything other than personal financial gain?

This is fricking stupid

If they weren’t getting paid substantially, how many coaches do you think would still be doing it at the college level??

You think Deion NEEDS the money? He’s had a hall of fame career, I’m sure he could never work another day in his life and be quite alright

That’s unfair of you to say, just because you don’t like him

In a few years when his boy is done with eligibility, he will magically be lobbying for an NFL head job. Dude is doing all this just to get his son to a higher level where he can start at QB so that he can shine. Crap didn't he create a new school for him while he was growing up? This is all about self promotion and elevating his son.

Oh come on. He's coaching at Colorado. We're not talking about USCw or Michigan. He doesn't have millions to blow on NIL. Colorado wouldn't be 1-11 right now if there was that kind of fan base support.

But CO and Prime are more liable to go all in on one or two key guys. Four star DEs are rare in CO. We have em all the time.

So they have less money. But they are less likely to spread it around. A big time player is worth more to them.

They don’t have this option. They need a whole lot more than one or two big time players.

CU doesn’t even have the money to pay his salary! What could he possibly have to compete with LSU lmao

Yeah no shite.

But that’s why they’d be willing to spend more of their stash on an impact player.

I don’t know why we are arguing. This really isn’t about CO. This is about Deion and his ability to attract ad opportunities for his players. He’s the only other coach to appear in Aflac commercials with Saban. He’s a name and he’s already shown his NIL appeal.

He’s gonna be able to offer more money to players than people realize.

So you can recruit kids to a dead program because of your HOF creds and charisma? Get your point-great coaches have great coaches around them. But they also need to be able to bring in the talent

His kid’s a former 4-star who is showing nfl potential. So yes, his kid is automatically going to be qb on that shitty team

How many guys were suspended this season?

Honest question, because I don’t remember hearing about it unlike past seasons.
