I'm a State fan living in the Baton Rouge area that went to the Parkview-Redemptorist game last night. I've watched the best football you can imagine in Mississippi for several years, and Collins is the best looking lineman I've ever seen. Was a little dissapointed in Hill, but he showed a little gumption in the second half. Still can't get over how impressive looking Johnson is. If he is mentally tough he starts for you next year.

Why didn't they win? I really thought they would score more.

They had a chance.

Hill fumbled late in the game.

Parkview's defense had something to say about Redemptorist's offense.

Because Mistretta failed to find a QB who could throw the ball. So all a good defensive team has to do is stop the run and not worry about the pass to win.

Because Parkview defense play a great game. Those white boys were sticking Hill's butt the whole game I agree Collins is going to be a stud, Hill has ALONG way to go to be a SEC rb.

There's alot of guys that have seen Collins and gave him great reviews. He always seems to live up to the hype, which is always good to hear.

He was NOT that impressive. His height worked against him, strong 5'10-6' guys were getting underneath him and pushing him around. He couldn't beat the double team most times either. He's good, but he didn't do much Friday.

You are right...especially when he lined up at guard - they did not run it up the middle very well against a small 3 man defensive line.
