Bryce Young must have been underrated for awhile because soon as he committed to Alabama Rivals bumped him up 50 spots. I must assume Bama isn't getting Burch though. Rivals dropped him 4 spots.

He was probably testing in order to be able to be an early enrollee.

Clowney and Williams out. Guillory in. That's 22. I assume 23 would be Jarrett deciding to go ahead and sign. Or you could say the 23rd is Kennedy. Most figure 19-21. Hopefully O is right.

I think he’s expecting Webb, Burch, Burton, and Doom. Kennedy would be that 23rd but I think he’ll stick with Bama, although LSU has made it a tough call

I bet rakim is the maybe that takes it from 22 to 23 or 23 to 22 ,whether he signs tomorrow or Feb, i'm sure that's os hesitation on the number being firm, at 23.
For anyone that missed it,
rakim is the one that said he can't sign till Feb because of his schools policy.
Os trying to tell him it's up to him, but he's not wanting to let his school down in any way. I would bet anything that's what o meant.
