Well, LSU LB's have sucked for the past 10 years. Any change would be good.

DVD's thread is terrific.

Beckwith has been more than solid when healthy imo.

But you're right.

JD Armelin in '99. Didn't make the grades, so he made a rap album. He was a good guy though.

if chavis' first recruiting trip as DC he goes to see this kid I'd think we possibly offer him. I'd rather the guys we had on our board earlier but they just aren't options soooo if a LB guy like chavis sees potential in the guy I can't really argue.

I remember a guy I graduated with in 92', Chris Ryan was all state RB and 5A player of the year in LA. Dumb as a rock but a very cool cat. Best High SChool player I ever saw play next to Kevin Faulk. LSU wanted him but there was no way Chris Ryan was getting into any university because of academics. Ended up going to Pearl River JC and caught on with the Minnesota Vikings practice squad for a few years. I think he was still playing arena ball as of last year.

I can only tolerate (somewhat) the recruiting board right now so I haven't been elsewhere. The MSB turned into an NBA/Betting board so I'll wait until MLB starts again. The Rant is the Rant, and the OT turned into a group of older men holding their cocks in their hands chasing after the same old chicks that has been posting forever and have turned them down in emails time and time again.

Where was this trading CFB thread?

heh. apparently. I could post on the OT behind you and pick up tips on how to hang out in techno bars with 8 balls in my pocket trying to get a blow job out of it.

My posting has decreased immensely, fwiw.

Ryan played every down except extra points. Dude started at DE, RB, Kick and Punt returns. He was about 230 pounds and quick. I remmember when he single handedly beat Ruston (then the #1 team in the state) by getting 4 sacks, two long TD runs and KO return for TD and Punt return for TD. He couldn't be stopped.

I also remember watching Faulk light up Barbe. Never got to see Collins play in person.

Is that DVD guy retarded?

Anyway on LBs, keep in mind this is the first time in three years we have any competent coaching at LB. Peveto ruined whatever guys we got, so hopefully Chavis can do the opposite and take lower level prospects and coach them up until we get in the mix for big time LBs.
