Quachita is a school on very good terms with LSU as well. Can't hurt to have him at West Monroe. We know how things will go there.

I can say I just talked to my contact on the subject, and it's not true. As far as why would a coach make it up, I'd lean towards he didn't.
ETA: My info comes from a family member of Cam that I've known for 20 years. I trust him.

look west monroe doesn't recruit anymore than anyother school does. sometimes players present to schools without much intervention. bastrop recruited many players from katrina as did other schools. so lay off west monroe go visit that school and look at the weight room and the intensity of the program.
