Do you believe he will go to Ole Miss?

Are we really nervous for this? How many people will be lining up to go play for the team on probation that is banned from bowls?

Were 9 bagmen necessary? Also, funny they did not send a single skill player other than Swag, much less a RB. Wouldnt want Akers actual position guys telling him the truth.

They look like the poster children for the NCAA probation committee they should all be in orange jump suites .

When the hammer comes down from the NCAA they will be visiting Hugh Freeze in limbo .

He seems like a kid that will go far away honestly. I think if he doesn't go to ole miss he will go to Ohio state.

Used to be a doormat in 4A football, move up to 5A and all of a sudden they're a state powerhouse. They've always had an elite baseball program. Or did, not sure about the last few years...

I.E., the check written to the church "building fund" finally cleared. Ole Miss money has been tied up in that pesky NCAA thing, but you can't stop that dog from barking.

We all know a certain sunshine pumper on 104.5 that maintains that LSU is "deep in it".

Always had the baseball talent. Just never had good organization with football.

Coach Barr came in and completely changed the culture (immediately.) He went to a wide open spread offense and made up for what we lacked in size by spreading it out and utilizing some of that rich baseball talent.. Did have a tremendous RB who also played MLB in his first couple of seasons. It just goes to show you coaching and organization can very much matter. The turnaround was immediate. Had Oak Grove competiting against much larger dominant teams.

I know there's a new coach now, but they are now established and even have guys moving to the area to play for them.

I know most probably hate em, but Oak Grove suffered so many years being everyones homecoming cupcake
Really happy for them. .

Gary Pack was the MLB/RB. Went to OM and was supposed to be the next Patrick Willis, but couldn't stop smoking weed. I'm really good friends with the QB from that team.

Can't remember who the new coach is, but I know it was a big ordeal because Barr wanted them to promote one of his assistants without going through the correct process, and you just can't do that at a public school. My dad almost lost his head coach then, but then he lost him to D'Iberville this year.
