OP makes a post to share a comment about a top recruit and it turns into a couple of pages of crap. Can we talk about the recruit without a bunch of insults? Too many threads turn into either insulting teenage kids or pages of adults going at it and making the thread about them more than football.

So, I know he is a highly rated dual threat guy, but have watched very little of his film. If someone knows more about him, how good a fit is he for what we are doing now? Has he shown that he can make quick reads?

It seems positive that a top recruit takes notice that we have news that makes it more likely to keep Brady a little longer. Brady could leave for the NFL next week, but at least we know he is not leaving to be OC for another college team.

Maybe Georgia told Williams that they had Brady under contract like they told Burton

Still don't believe they told Burton that. Kirby would ruin his reputation pulling that shite.

I don’t either, but for some reason people are allowed to post bs like that without consequence

Wasn’t it Burton himself that posted it?

I'm curious as to how he compares to Bryce Young, the dual threat QB that has committed to Bama. I believe Young is rated higher by 247 (#1 rated DT of the 2019 class and .9960) though they are in different years

I don’t know, I never saw that. I just know 2 posters were in every thread perpetuating the rumor and continued to do so without providing any link to substantiate their statements despite numerous requests to do so

I like that Caleb Williams isnt a little guy like Young. 6'2" 210 lbs compared to Young at 5'11" 185.

I think the reason people get so worked up over him is because he is the #1 rated DT of the 2021 class and would be a great addition to the team regardless of how good Max may or may not be. At least that is my reasoning. Maybe one of the QBs ends up transfering or maybe none of them transfer. Either way it works out good for LSU.

I really dont see what "drama" you're talking about? Anyway, as important a position that QB is it might not be that bad to take Nussmier as well if the staff has him rated that highly. 247's ratings have him as the 25th rated QB coming out in 2021.

I think both would be ideal

Your statistic is pointless. Wouldn’t that mean that it’s possible for Max Johnson to not start for two years and transfer ?
