I'm going to start off with the negative. All these people that says he goes through his progressions don't know a lot... In those high lights he didn't go through a sequence of progressions at all. But not many high school guys do. He also does not have a lot of arm strength on sideline throws that need velocity like outs and come backs.

Positives- dude seems poised, has a quick release, good touch especially on back shoulder throws and I love that he turns and gets his shoulders set before he rolls out instead of trying to be johnny football or Matthew Stanford and just sling it. But good luck to him not matter what.

Why? It's a legitimate question. When has a walk on ever been interesting?

Damn strong video. Looks very polished, great footwork, accurate, average arm strength only drawback I see.

More than I can say. Best wishes Caleb - somebody will be the next great story in CFB history.

Very quick release, which offsets arm strength and....good accuracy! Lots of luck Caleb. You're already better than AJ. A lot depends on how much improvement Harris shows this year.

Kid has size, athletic ability and the smarts... Yet he has to walk on.

I don't get it.

He didn't have to walk on in college. He had to walk on to get a shot this class at LSU. Had he just wanted to play anywhere that would have him then he would be on scholarship and not at LSU.

I see the rant found its way to this board. No need for this at all.

Colt Brennan, J.J. Watt, Santana Moss (and many others) say hello.

Santana Moss got a track scholarship as a way around Miami's limited amount of football scholarships. It isn't exactly fair to put him in this topic.....

He could have chosen Ohio U or another of his schollies. Why are you so bent out of shape that he chose to walkon at lsu? It was his choice.

Does he look like he has what it takes to play at LSU?
I mean let's pretend AJ and JJ aren't the measuring stick.

Good highlight tape. Best part about a smart Qb is they know their limitations and make less errors. Less errors can make up for a lot of talented mistakes.
