This is reminding me of Radarius Jones from last year. Touch and go

Me thinks it was a recruiting tactic from Kirby. He gave ultimatum to make LSU lose 2 WRs because his intention was going to Georgia regardless. Meanwhile, Kirby prevent a SEC rival from having a WR class that can't be covered.

No, losing out on two top 100 players that have been long term commits does not happen every year, at all.

The freshmen weren’t gonna establish themselves this year with Marshall chase Jefferson and friends. I’m happy they are learning from those 3. They’ll be ready in year 2 or 3

bullshite. Jefferson is leaving. None of the freshmen established themselves and Lee could end up on defense. There is definitely room for at least one freshman to get solid PT next year.

Don't forget about McMath.

How often do we lose two long time committed 4/5 stars on ESD?

apparently only after shattering SEC records and winning all these awards

this is crazy

now CEH is hurt, been kind of some bad news the last few hours...

I hope Burch comes along, the DL is where we need to improve the most

LSU let some very good committed players leave. Just stupid.

This was my beef

Not shocked out we struck out on some big names though

Hearing UGA is negative crootin us hard on him.

Come to UGA! Our guys suck! You’ll be out best player day 1

Is that what you consider negative recruiting? I don’t

Losing him and Rak would suck terribly. However, we are still signing two studs.

Arik Gilbert might be listed as a TE, but I can see Brady lining him up in WR spots and getting some opportunities to run routes. Watched him in the GHSAA championship Saturday.. He is that good. Not to mention the guys we signed last year. Will need to haul next year, but playing time may be an easier sell to the 2021 kids, and that class is stacked.

If we lose both I can’t even blame LSU. Just stupid decisions by young kids. They’ll live to regret it, like Wilson and Akers.

If we lose both because we told Rak to walk so we could sign Burton, the staff will get some heat, deservedly so.

Still an elite class, but that's a risky as frick move to capitulate to a WR who apparently is on the fence already.

We have chase and marshall back next year. Palmer and a few other guys will be in the mix as well. We have koy moore and Boutte this class. Huge wr class next year. Its the one position we are fine at even if we somehow lose 2 huge recruits like that.

In exactly one year, we will not have Chase, McMath, Marshall, Sullivan, Jefferson, Dillion, and Kirkland. (That's 7)

If you don't think we have a significant NEED at WR, I'm not sure what to tell you. And as good as Chase is, it took him a year to develop. For some it takes longer.

Need Evans too or we'll have 2 RBs on the roster next year with Curry leaving.

I said this and got downvoted but it’s true. I’ll never be a fan of cutting kids

Don’t take their damn commitment if you don’t think they’re worth taking

Honestly if Orgeron got played yet again then he deserves the criticism he’s gonna get

FWIW, Charlie's comments on his show paralleled what Vol said.

Kirby probably telling Burton he can start next year and saying he would be down on the depth chart at LSU.

Watch who employs his mother when she moves back to Georgia - THERE’s your answer.

will hurt doubly with us turning Rakim away

How do you turn a Rakim away without Burton's papers in hand? We got played by Surtain the last minute..... to me it's a little ignorant to get played again the same way if we do lose on Burton.
