Muschamp was just asked about if there was any worry that a recruit made a verbal but didn't sign.
Muschamp said, "we're going to be fine".

Follow up question was "any reason why they wouldn't sign yet?"
Muschamp said, "You'll have to ask them."

Reporter: “is there any reason a commit wouldn’t have already sent in his LOI at this point?”

WM: “I don’t know, you’d have to ask...them.”

If you’re serious, the local insiders had LSU set up to land the following in the UA Allstar Game: Jamal Adams, Fournette, Gerald Willis, Tony Brown and Speedy Noil.

As the game progressed LSU kept seeing them choose other schools one by one. We finished with Adams and Buga that day and was the laughing stock of the recruiting world.
And the 3 that chose elsewhere all wound up complete and total duds, in trouble, kicked off team(s), etc.

That was the year that ended following recruiting for me ... I still keep up with the class every year - but never individual recruitments.

But it's still quite satisfying that Tony/Gerald/Speedy were busts while Leonard/Jamal were Top 5 picks.

It doesn’t even matter where Burch ends up at this point. He and Evans have made this cycle completely nuts. These two are drama personified. They are for different reasons, but drama is drama.

247 must be loving this. Raking in the clicks.

Putting Burch and Evans in the same category is bullshite. Burch has done absolutely nothing to drum up drama or put himself in the spotlight. The worst thing he could possibly be accused of is being indecisive. Evans, on the other hand, is not only indecisive, but has seemingly backed out on his word to multiple coaches, has conduct issues, has grade issues, AND has done a whole number of things to try to stir up drama and speculation regarding his recruitment.
