With this being such a high profile transfer, I hope he did everything correctly because it will be scrutinized.

Kid has a class schedule. Don't know why he would go through all the trouble of registering only to not attend class. Scotlandville would be wise to call the LHSAA for an eligibility ruling though.

He has been in summer school the last 3 years.

IMO Bridgewater is taking a risk by moving schools. Especially if he chooses to discontinue his football career.

They are hoping that he can play the 3 spot against more elite competition. I understand that logic; however the young man has some flaws: he cant handle the ball, has trouble defending, and takes plays off. The positive is that he will be getting the same level of coaching at Scotlandville. I hope he improves and receives many offers. But it is risky.

Honestly, I don't know how that was reposted. Only a jerk would do that.

Anyway, I think Bridgewater is looking for an chance to play on the wing exclusively but I'm not sure that happens even at Scotlandville despite its two bigs - Jones and Sam. Samples system loves to play three guards so I could see Bridgewater paired with one or the other big but not all three at one time. You know, there are four D1 kids on that roster - Jones, Sam, Bridgewater and Trelun Banks. They played Rumble on the Ridge last year. I wonder if they will pick up any other invites to play national tournaments.

On a related note, does SHS have any football talent this year? I'm working their game Friday
