I have a 16 year old lefty that’s around 130. Only throws around 80 but can consistently throw 4 pitches for strikes. Would love to get him on the radar. He has gotten calls and letters from smaller g5 teams. But still waiting on the big Boys.

Definitely not. We played it through 12 but that was enough for me

One thing you see the pitchers consistently mention is all the tech.
Did we have this before?

We have had the tech for a while, not long after Wake Forest built out their lab we did something similar.
I think it hasn't always been leveraged to the degree or with the same competency it is currently. The last couple years really. Meatball was big on it too.

Wait, just one more example and we would have gotten it.

How do you go about getting recruited for baseball?

Gotta be some way to grade or rank kids…measuring them against like competition. Football has camps, but it seems difficult to break baseball down to it’s parts.

You have to get him into camps, playing all the time, possibly being a multi sport star, and find a good coach you can trust that knows the landscape and what he needs to do in regards to the recruiting game and getting g his name/game out there.

A freshman committed to an SEC school is impressive.
I guess pitchers are like QBs in the early recruiting game. Other positions in each sport take a bit more maturity I suppose.

This kid’s velo will be mid 90s by the time he graduates. Looks like he’s hitting 87 before hitting puberty

Wonder why the video was “sensitive Material”.
I saw this the other day when someone committed. I remember saying to myself what the hell was sensitive about the picture he used in his commitment
